How does it work?
1) First we'll get on the phone for 15 minutes to chat about where you are, where you'd like to be and what you are looking for in a coach. If the type of coaching you're looking for is what I do then we will set up a FREE one hour coaching session so that you can try me out as a coach!
2) We will dive in and work on whatever issues you feel are blocking you at the moment and create some strategies to help you break through.
